On Sunday 6 August NHS Employers and colleagues from across the NHS celebrated 11 years of Leeds Pride, showing our support for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.
Founded in 2006, the parade is one of the most joyful and vibrant celebrations in the Leeds calendar with 60 floats, five hours of entertainment and over 40,000 people in attendance.
Joining us on our colourfully decorated open top bus were NHS England, Health Education England, Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Yorkshire Ambulance Service as well as NHS Digital who joined the walking parade to show their support.
