We have published a new briefing looking at how to understand and use data from the 2017 NHS Staff Survey.
The NHS Staff Survey provides a rich source of information regarding the experience of staff in the workplace, and this data has been shown to affect patient experience and indicators such as absence levels. Our briefing discusses how employers can best understand the data in context of overall trends, make links to other data sources and develop actions based on the evidence.
Take at look at the briefing to learn more.
NHS Employers is keen to get feedback on the issues raised and examples of how the issues are approached at local level. Please get in touch with views or examples via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
