Pay circulars

NHS Employers is responsible for informing NHS organisations of all changes to pay and terms and conditions for hospital medical and dental staff and doctors in public health medicine and the community health service, and staff covered by Agenda for Change.

This information is contained in pay circulars which provide information on, amongst other things, uplifts to national salary scales, fees, and certain other allowances (such as London Weighting Allowances and High Cost Area supplements). The pay circulars may also contain guidance for employers.
