This page has ideas from Trusts to tackle the key 'action' areas, identified by the Healthcare Commission in the NHS national staff survey. The ideas were developed by NHS staff at staff survey workshops run by NHS Employers in 2005. It also includes details of NHS Employers guidance to support employers in these areas.
