More than 250,000 NHS staff are being asked their views on working in the NHS through the NHS staff survey, which should have been distributed in all NHS trusts at the start of October. Co-ordinated by the Healthcare Commission, the survey is a key way for NHS employers to get a picture of the views, experiences and attitudes of their staff.
