NHS jobs has launched a series of candidate profile pools for newly qualified healthcare professionals as part of NHS Employers' wider work with the Social Partnership Forum. These new pools, one for each SHA region in England, will assist NQHPs in finding and securing their first job post qualification. The pools enable employers and SHAs to communicate directly with newly qualified candidates in their region, highlighting suitable vacancies, offering careers advice and providing other useful information and support to this group of job seekers. This will be co-ordinated centrally by each SHA. Nurses, midwives, allied health professionals and audiologists are all being invited to sign up to these pools over the coming months, providing employers with a central resource from which to recruit newly qualified staff and strategic planners with a clear picture of graduate employment across their regions.
