Secretary of State for Health Alan Johnson will field delegates' questions via a live video linkup at Leading workforce thinking, NHS Employers' annual conference and exhibition 2008. Health minister Ann Keen will also present at the conference, which takes place in Birmingham from 4 to 6 November.
