The Working Longer Group (WLG) has worked collaboratively to develop resources for employers and employees. 

The resources will help organisations prepare for the challenges that an ageing workforce will bring. They are easy to access, download and share with colleagues.

Our information pack is designed to help HR teams fully understand the NHS Pension Scheme and its provisions from a strategic workforce planning perspective.
