This toolkit is designed to help you work in partnership with trade union colleagues, to create organisational awareness of the opportunities and challenges associated with an ageing workforce. The Working Longer Group has found that NHS organisations across the UK are at varying stages of awareness. Following the steps one by one within the toolkit will help you to make sure that your organisation is prepared.
