Review Body on Doctors and Dentists Remuneration 2017/18

NHS Employers and NHS Providers are undertaking a single joint survey to inform their separate evidence to the NHS Pay Review Body and the Doctors and Dentists Review Body. Both organisations will also use separate channels to gather trust views and develop their separate submissions which will be published at the end of September.

Comments will not be attributed to individual organisations unless there are particular examples or case studies which they wish to share.

There are 15 questions covering possible distribution of the pay award, contract reform, recruitment and retention and other workforce challenges. The survey covers both Agenda for Change and medical and dental staff and closes on Wednesday 20 July.  We would like to receive one response per organisation. The results will provide views and experiences which will inform our respective submissions on your behalf. Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey.

About the DDRB

The Review Body on Doctors' and Dentists' Remuneration (DDRB) advises government on rates of pay for doctors and dentists.

DDRB is an advisory non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Department of Health. Further information on the DDRB can be found here.

NHS Employers responds on behalf of NHS employing organisations to calls for evidence to inform their recommendations to government.
