I'm Steven Weeks, policy manager, at NHS Employers - my main area of work is staff engagement, working with trusts across the NHS in England to better understand how we can collective develop, maintain and improve engagement with staff in all areas from clinical to office. 

We regularly produce news articles, blogs, case studies and a quarterly newsletter to share information and developments on staff engagement in the NHS. We work with a wide network of experts which gives us access to all the latest research findings and best practice.
