NHS Staff Survey analyser 2015

Start using the NHS Staff Survey analyser to understand and compare your staff survey results with other local organisations and the national averages. Already being used by the NHS Employers national engagement teams it's helping them to further develop workforce strategies with their HRD networks.

You can download the tool free and start using now to compare your 2014/2015 results. 

The tool was developed for NHS Employers by Matthew Watt of Karian and Box. NHS Employers is unable to provide technical support for the tool.

There are a number of organisations which work in the engagement field and can provide further support. The NHS Employers organisation does not endorse any particular organisation, however the following are listed for further information.

Engage for Success A network of organisations supporting staff engagement across the economy. Many examples of practice in the private and public sector can be found on their website. They run an active ‘engage for success practitioners’ network’ to share experiences and ideas.

Optimise Limited (Listening into Action) Listening into Action™ is an approach to working which aims to empower NHS frontline staff to make changes to improve the patient experience and patient outcomes.

The Involvement and Participation Association (IPA) The IPA helps deliver partnership, consultation and employee engagement in the workplace. They work with the public, private and third sectors to help managers and employees develop new ways of working, based on trust and collaboration. 

Public World Offers a range of services to help organisations improve service quality and productivity fairly and sustainably by working towards improving jobs, livelihoods and working lives.
