A safe work environment is the start of ensuring that your staff can be safe and well at work. Good engagement and effective strategies to protect and support the health, safety and wellbeing of staff at work will also benefit patients. It is likely that your work areas will cross in many places and therefore identifying this and working with the health and safety lead will reduce any duplication.
