Employment law update seminars
Bookings are now open for the upcoming employment law update seminars taking place in London, Birmingham, Leeds and Bridgwater this spring,
The Capsticks team will talk delegates through all the latest employment law news, including a round up of case law and legislative developments and employment law horizon scanning for 2019 and beyond.
Flexible working in the NHS workshop
Registration is open for this workshop on flexible working. Capsticks employment lawyers will be joined by Caroline Waterfield, assistant director at NHS Employers, and Kate Jarman, director of corporate affairs at Milton Keynes University Hospital and co-founder of the Flex NHS Campaign.
The workshop will look at the case for flexible working for all staff, the part it has to play in attraction and retention and its impact on diversity and the gender pay gap. Delegates will also be discussing what HR teams can do to promote flexible working and support culture change within organisations.
