Workforce Projects Lead

We are looking for a creative and engaging individual who will use their experience of managing workforce projects which have delivered improvement and behaviour change, to lead our work on retention and provide project leadership to other projects on workforce issues within the team. We provide opportunities to work flexibly as part of our attractive reward package which also includes 30 days annual leave per annum, company pension and a number of other benefits.
