Many of us in organisational development (OD) have chosen to come to this field of practice after working in learning and development, HR, consulting, clinical practice and other diverse careers. OD is often a mid-career profession where we use our wisdom and experience to take our skills to new levels. Being new to OD can be invigorating and exciting, and maybe also a little daunting. There’s theories and models to learn, practices to try out and new challenges that stretch us every day.
We would love to hear from you if you are interested in being part of a virtual action learning set for people who are new to OD. This will be a safe space to share your experiences with others in a similar position, supported by Karen and Paul from the Do OD team and a number of OD virtual mentors.
