Training programme for overseas-qualified nurses

Gloucestershire Hospitals have developed a training programme to help overseas-qualified nurses, working as heath care assistants, become registered nurses in the UK. 

The trust identified the training programme an as opportunity to fill nurse vacancies and invest in their staff in the long term.
