Listen to the third in our series of podcasts produced by NHS Employers for Capsticks' Business Solutions (CBS) to discuss the HR issues facing the workforce of 2020.

In this edition, Kelvin Cheatle, consultant at Capsticks, discusses the workforce of the future with Danny Mortimer, NHS Employers' chief executive. Danny offers his perspective on the importance of staff engagement and managing relationships with trade union representatives.

In the last edition, published in May, Kelvin spoke to Lord Norman Warner, a member of the House of Lords and former Minister of State at the Department of Health. The first edition in the series featured HR director, Dean Royles.

And finally, Kelvin will round off the series by speaking to Deborah Tarrant, director of people and organisational development at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals and hearing her views on what the future holds for the NHS workforce.
