Creating a mentally healthy workplace evaluation report 2017

This report provides evaluation data from the creating a mentally healthy workplace training programme up until May 2017.

The report shows that the training significantly increased the level of capability that managers believe they have to deal with potential mental health concerns.

The overall reaction from delegates to the training was positive and the data found that:

  • 93 per cent of delegates enjoyed the training
  • 94 per cent of delegates found the training to be relevant to their jobs
  • 91 per cent of delegates are keen to apply what they have learned on the training.
