SAS Charter implementation checklist

We have produced a new checklist as part of our suite of resources to support employers to implement the charter for specialty and associate specialist (SAS) doctors.

What is it?

The checklist is designed to help employers and SAS doctors work together to implement the charter, to provide a positive working environment that recognises the diversity of SAS doctors and the major contribution they make to patient care.

Who should use it?

The checklist should be used by the nominated lead/ SAS tutor to measure current performance, develop business plans, gain support from stakeholders and implement the SAS Charter.
