During 2018, we asked employers in the NHS to let us know about their approach to rewarding staff and how they communicate their reward offer. We received 69 responses from 58 different organisations.
The results have been published as an infographic to represent these responses. It is an indicator of how reward is used to meet workforce priorities nationally within the NHS.
