The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) recently held a pledge signing event of the Armed Forces Covenant and Step into Health.

They hosted the event to celebrate their commitment to working with the Armed Forces and offered the opportunity for their workforce to understand the actions they are taking to become a forces friendly employer.

In this video hear from colleagues across the public sector on what support is available for employers, including:

  • Darren Rhodes, regional employment engagement director from the Ministry of Defence
  • Jon Lee, employer relationship manager from the Careers Transition Partnership (CTP)
  • Pete Liddle, business development manager from Officers' Association
  • Nicola Smith, senior programme officer, NHS Employers.
