Each year we ask employers in the NHS to let us know about their approach to rewarding staff and how it a reward strategy is embedded in the organisation. We received 95 responses from 89 organisations.
The results are presented in this infographic and is an indication of how NHS organisations are focusing on reward to enable them to increase engagement among their staff.
It also highlights how, in line with the interim NHS People Plan and the NHS Long Term Plan, employers are ensuring that their staff feel valued and are motivated to work in rewarding roles.
