This webinar will be focussing on the next steps relating to the 2018 contract refresh. The webinar will provide an opportunity for the HR community to hear updates on the current position of the pay deal, the intended next steps, including the formal ratification and how organisations can prepare in readiness for implementation.
This will include preparing for the new pay progression system which will become effective from 1 April 2019 and the closure of Band 1 to new entrants from 1 December 2018.
