Please note this webinar is now full. On the day spaces will be limited to 500 and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The webinar recording and slides will be made available on the website for anyone who is unable to attend on the day.

A webinar for HRD/Deputy HRDs and local representatives to provide information on the new pay progression system. 

You will hear from speakers including:

  • Pay progression sub group employer and trade union co-chairs on details of the agreed new system.
  • Electronic Staff Record on the system functionality. 
  • NHS Improvement on the monitoring arrangements. 

There will also be opportunity to ask questions during the webinar. We strongly recommend that you read all the material published on our website ahead of the webinar.

The webinar is for HRD/Deputy HRDs and local representatives within NHS organisations.
