Expanding our courage to act

Join us in London on Thursday 27 February for the seventh Do OD annual conference, delivered by NHS Employers in partnership with the NHS Leadership Academy.

This year's event focuses on themes of power, courage and action and examines the agility needed from OD practitioners in a changing NHS.

We’ll explore our contribution through the lens of the NHS Interim People Plan, driving change in the face of significant challenges. Our conference offers space to critically examine how we can expand our courage to act and enable people to transform systems.

Who should attend?

The conference is aimed at OD practitioners at every level, working in the NHS.

Due to the high demand, organisations are limited to two spaces only. We will be operating a waiting list so if you would like more places, please email us and we'll add you to the list.
