The pandemic has magnified the challenges healthcare staff face to their wellbeing with many current programs lacking quantifiable data. This session looks at a recent initiative in Scotland that provides a robust real-time evidence base to inform the development and implementation of interventions undertaken to support health and wellbeing for frontline workers, including case studies from two NHS Boards using the “How Was Your Day?” app.
