Community Connect provides an opportunity for those managing or working with reservists to network, collaborate and hear latest updates from our reservists programme team.

These informal online sessions include themed presentations, guest speakers and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share good practice.

Celebrating ERS success

Our September sessions will be celebratory events, recognising the fantastic number of NHS trusts achieving gold or silver accreditation in this year’s Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) awards.

Several award-winning trusts will be at the sessions to share their stories and offer tips on best practice from their journey to achieving the top levels of ERS accreditation in 2022.

The sessions will be hugely beneficial for trusts working towards achieving silver or gold awards in 2023, as well as to those looking to become more generally forces-friendly and inclusive employers.
