Armed Forces reservists Community Connect - 21 September 2023

Community Connect provides an opportunity for those managing or working with reservists to network, collaborate and hear latest updates from our reservists programme team.
These informal online sessions include themed presentations, guest speakers and plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share good practice.
Celebrating ERS success
Our September session celebrated the fantastic number of NHS trusts achieving gold and silver accreditation in this year’s Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) awards.
Several award-winning trusts were at the session to share their stories and offer tips on best practice from their journey to achieving the top levels of ERS accreditation in 2023.
The sessions was hugely beneficial for trusts working towards achieving silver or gold awards in 2024, as well as to those looking to become more forces-friendly and inclusive employers.
