National nursing and midwifery job profile review webinar

Following a request made by the RCN to the NHS Staff Council, the NHS Job Evaluation Group has commenced a review of the national nursing and midwifery profiles (band 4 and above). The purpose of this review is to ensure that the profiles accurately reflect current nursing and midwifery practice, training, and role development.
This webinar was successfully held on 7 September by NHS Employers and the NHS Staff Council Job Evaluation Group to explain how and why these profiles are being reviewed, how you can contribute to the review and what you need to do to prepare for the evidence gathering survey ahead of its release on 26 September.
