20-hour cap removed

The government has announced that the 20-hour additional working cap has been removed.

The Home Office has announced that from today (Monday 27 February), Health and Care Visa holders will be able to work an uncapped amount of additional hours for a second employer.

Employers will have a duty of care to monitor the workings hours, health and wellbeing, and safety of staff and ensure they are working in accordance with the working time directive.
