Conversation at heart of appraisal success case study

We've published a new case study looking at the work of Cheshire and Wirral Partnership Trust and how it has improved its appraisal process. 

The case study explores how the trust has listened to staff to introduced a system of quality appraisals, built around person-centred conversations, to improve compliance rates and staff experience. It also shows how the trust has seen overall improvements in its NHS Staff Survey results between 2015 and 2017.
