Employability Day 2018

Employability Day 2018 is an opportunity to show how employability support is leading people into employment and will take place on Friday 29 June.

On the day, organised by Employment Related Services Agency (ERSA),  many employers will be showcasing some of the schemes available across the NHS, and highlighting the benefits and opportunities these bring for both organisations and individuals.

Each year almost 20,000 individuals take part in some form of work experience or pre-employment programme within the NHS and some of these have led to recruitment opportunities. Employability activities can range from work experience to workplace visits, or support with practice interviews and CV writing, all of which help get people to a point where they are more able to take on employment.
