Pride 2018

London pride

Pride season 2018 is under way, with events taking place across the country. Adam Doyle from Central Sussex and East Surrey Commissioning Alliance has shared his thoughts in a new blog Supporting Pride, playing an active role in the community , which highlights the importance of Pride, and how both organisations and staff can benefit from being involved.

This year we are focussing on what is happening nationally and encouraging health and social care organisations to get involved, and engage in the multitude of Pride events taking place the country throughout May to September.

Why not share how your organisation is getting involved in Pride this year, whether it be participating in a Pride parade or your own staff initiatives, please let us know if you are planning on attending your local Pride event and we will add this to our interactive map. You can also share your photo's and stories using hashtag #prideintheNHS.
