We have published a brand new retention-focused case study.

The new publication explores how the Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH) designed the Start Well: Stay Well model to ensure new starters feel part of the team from the start of their employment journey, and that they continue to be engaged throughout their time with CUH.

The case study is third in our series working with NHS Improvement and focusing on retention efforts across the NHS.
