Learning Disability Employment Programme events

Meeting group work

NHS England, NHS Employers and the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) are running two half-day workshops to help support NHS organisations to employ more people with a learning disability.

The workshops will focus on the business case for employing more people with a learning disability, provide guidance around action planning, discuss what support you need and also share learning from other NHS organisations.

Launched in 2015, the Learning Disability Employment Programme supports the development of local and national solutions to remove barriers and increase employment opportunities for people with a learning disability in the NHS. These events are for organisations who have already demonstrated their commitment to employing people with learning disabilities by making a pledge. or those who are considering signing up to the LDEP pledge scheme.

The workshops are free, but places are limited, for further information and to reserve your place please click on the event link below.
