Get ready for national apprenticeship week

Fire it up apprenticeships image

The theme for this year's National Apprenticeship Week will be 'blaze a trail' and it takes place between 4 and 8 March.

The week provides an ideal opportunity for employers to highlight the benefits that apprenticeships can bring to both organisations and individuals.

During the week, employers will be hosting a range of events and activities to raise awareness of the opportunities that are available to all, regardless of their age or background, and dispel some myths about NHS apprenticeships.

Last year a record-breaking 780 events took place across England and NHS Employers marked the week by showcasing good practice examples and promoting our free resources to employers.

You can ‘blaze a trail’ by sharing with us any activities and events you are planning by emailing

You can also add your event to the National Apprenticeship Week events map.
