A new guide offers practical advice and guidance on the employment law issues that might arise when staff work across different NHS organisations.

NHS England commissioned NHS Employers to produce the guide, which we developed in collaboration with Capsticks Solicitors LLP. It was also informed by employers and staff side colleagues from the Social Partnership Forum.
The guidance is designed to be read alongside existing policies and procedures, and it encourages early engagement with staff and trade unions when developing any workforce sharing approaches.
