NHS Streamlining Week - ESR webinar

Streamlining week

As part of NHS Streamlining Week, Electronic Staff Record (ESR) will be hosting a webinar Adopt and configure your ESR to enable efficient streamlining. The webinar will take place on Wednesday 3 April from 2-3.30pm.

To help you better understand the streamlining principles in relation to the ESR solution, this webinar will explain how ESR supports the national streamlining programme. It will demonstrate best practice, the new starter journey methodology and also highlight key ESR functionality.

Guest presenters from the North Central London Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust will explain how they have adopted ESR methodology both as a collaborative and/or single trust approach to fully maximise their ESR solution with streamlining in mind. This is enabling them to realise the true benefits to their organisation, workforce and their STP region.

The webinar is designed for strategic decision makers in the HR, workforce and learning and development fields, either within individual NHS organisations, or within a regional STP. Why not view the webinar as a group rather than individually? This will help encourage collaboration between back office functions within organisations or across organisations within regions or STP groups.
