The new Total Reward Statements (TRS) for 2018/19 will be released at the end of August 2019.
Employers are asked to please make sure the staff information is updated by Friday 21 June 2019 so it can be included in the 2019 TRS roll out.
TRS provides NHS organisations with the perfect opportunity to communicate their reward and benefits schemes to staff and raise awareness of any local employee offers. Keeping this information up to date highlights to staff the overall benefits for working for your organisation, which can help with retention.
Use the task list on NHS Business Services Authority (BSA) website to help you clean your data and generate more statements for your employees. This will help NHS BSA to produce accurate statements for your employees.
