We have created a new section on the NHS Employers website dedicated to T Levels. This is to support employers to understand what they are and how they can get involved in hosting industry placements for students.
The new content area includes details about getting started on hosting T Level students and a case study from an NHS trust which has piloted hosting industry placements in non-clinical settings.
T Levels are a new qualification which will give young people the experience of a real work environment. By completing a T Level industry placement, young people could enter the workforce on an apprenticeship or entry-level role.
