In celebration of LGBT History Month this February, we are promoting a number of blogs, resources and tools to encourage
organisations and their managers to support LGBT staff.

Stonewall, through the UK Workplace Equality Index, has just published its Top 100 Employers for 2020. Participating employers demonstrate their work in 10 areas of employment policy and practice. Staff from across the organisation also complete an anonymous survey about their experiences of diversity and inclusion at work. Congratulations to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (16th place), The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (40th place) and NHS Business Authority (=51th place) - a great achievement.
