Celebrate your flexible workers and flexible working innovations within the NHS, as part of the Timewise Power List.
The list highlights employers and senior individuals that have led the way in part-time and flexible working. It is an ideal opportunity to be recognised for steps you have taken to increase flexible working in your organisation.
This year, Timewise is looking for nominations that celebrate people who have been hired or promoted into a flexible role, and for employers who have excelled at flexible innovation.
The three categories include:
- Power part-timers - Leaders who demonstrate successful flexibility in action by working at a senior level four days or fewer a week.
- Power climbers - Talented managers who are tipped for the top, progressing their careers while working four days or fewer a week.
- Flexible innovators - Forward thinking businesses which have innovated in flexible working and case studies of employers who have modernised the way their teams work.
The Power List began in 2012 and now has more than 400 winners, with five from the NHS, helping to raise the profile of flexible working.
You can nominate your organisation, manager, colleague or yourself. Nominations are open until 9 November 2020 and can be submitted on the Timewise website.
