Updates to hotel accommodation for NHS staff

A central hotel booking system that was set up for NHS staff during the pandemic will close on 31 October 2020. 

The system, which has been funded and coordinated by NHS England and NHS Improvement, was set up to provide alternative accommodation for staff who would otherwise have to take part in household isolation due to COVID-19 related implications.  

The system remains open for bookings up to and including 31 October 2020, and can be accessed by following NHS England and NHS Improvement’s guidance and process, after which employers will need to fund and co-ordinate hotel accommodation for staff.
