Total Reward Statements (TRS) are live following the October mid-year refresh.
Staff can now access the refreshed statements, which include a personalised summary showing their reward package and information on basic pay, allowances and pension benefits.
TRS provides NHS organisations with the perfect opportunity to communicate their reward and benefits schemes to staff and raise awareness of any local employee offers.
