2021 enei award winners announced
Over 100 high-quality entries were received. The awards acknowledge and celebrate those with a commitment to good practice above and beyond legal compliance, and innovative approaches that will inspire other employers.
NHS Employers sponsored the Inclusive Culture award that was won by Amey, Highways England were highly commended.
NHS Confederation sponsored the Employee Network of the Year award that was won by ScotRail LGBT+ and Allies Network Group, Greater London Authority Race Equity Network were highly commended.
Paul Deemer, head of diversity and inclusion at NHS Employers said:

Other winners from the NHS included:
- North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust - winner of the Innovative Approach to Diversity & Inclusion award.
- Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust – highly commended for the Driving Social Inclusion in the Workplace award.
- Pav Aktar from Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust - highly commended for the Equality & Inclusion Influencer of the Year award
