The poster illustrates the impact of the pandemic on recruitment and aims to provide employers with an insight into the trends that can help them meet the challenges of recruiting in 2021; including managing high-volume recruitment and using technology to speed up processes and free staff time.

As the labour market favours employers, the candidate experience remains important in the virtual space and will continue to do so as the economy begins to recover from the impact of the pandemic. It highlights the importance of inclusive recruitment and how inclusivity can help employers meet the aims of The NHS People Plan, improve their organisational performance and ensure the workforce is future ready.
