A new survey and series of workshops have been launched to better understand how employers work with trade unions to support staff networks.
The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group
(EDIG) who is leading this piece of work, is a national technical group of the NHS Staff Council. The group will use the data from the survey and workshops to help identify barriers and make future improvements to empower staff networks. The findings will help inform the development of best practice guidance.

to help us find out how you currently work and which areas it might be beneficial to work together on. The closing date for the survey is 7 May 2021, the survey should only take 10 minutes to complete.
Who should respond to this survey?
We encourage responses from HR professionals, staff network chairs and trade union representatives.
