Are you the Armed Forces lead for your NHS organisation? The NHS Employers Armed Forces team has launched a new set of community connect virtual sessions to help you keep in touch, share good practice and network with other leads in your area.
Replacing our usual face-to-face regional networking events, these sessions bring together NHS Armed Forces reservist champions regionally to discuss topics and areas of learning led and guided by the needs and interests of each regional network.
Joining the events will mean you can learn from each other while openly discussing the challenges and rewards you are facing in supporting Armed Forces reservists and the wider community within your workforce.
There will also be updates on the work of the NHS Employers supporting reservists in the workforce programme and from the Step into Health programme.
Our community connect events allow you to join the Armed Forces team to discuss how you can better:
- make your commitment public
- enhance your recruitment activities
- create a supportive work environment
- build your external network
- become an advocate.
You'll also have plenty of opportunity to raise discussion points and ask questions of the NHS Employers Armed Forces team.
