Equality, Diversity and Human Rights Week (#EQW2021) starts today, Monday 10 May, and runs until Friday 14 May 2021. EQW2021 is a national platform for organisations to highlight their work to create a fairer and more inclusive NHS for patients and staff.
#EQW2021 provides an opportunity for us to promote, showcase and celebrate the amazing work going on across the health and social care sector around the areas of equality, diversity and inclusion. Health and care organisations from across the country are hosting awareness events and activities, some of which are detailed below. A full list can be found on our #EQW2021 page.

We are hosting this event in partnership with Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, the event brings together NHS trusts who are part of the NHS Employers Diversity and Inclusion Partners and Alumni programmes to formally launch the week.

We have teamed up with our Health and Care LGBTQ+ Leaders Network, BME Leadership Network, Health & Care Women Leaders Network, and Health and Wellbeing team to deliver this webinar. During this session we will explore how networks have made adjustments to how they operate during the pandemic, the health and wellbeing challenges their members have faced and the crucial support networks provide.
